How do I return an item?
  Thanks for shopping at Swamp Yeti Products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Refunds

Once we receive your item, our returns department will notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable as the USPS does not issue shipping refunds. If you receive a refund for your product, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Please contact our support team at support@SwampYetiProducts.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for a response before shipping items back. Once confirmation is received, please use the following address to make the return.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

If you provide us with the wrong shipping address, we will charge up to ship the order a second time after contacting you. If we cannot contact you about your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide you with a refund for your order total MINUS our original shipping costs (or $5.95, whichever is greater).

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse shipment of an accurate and undamaged order, we will refund your purchase costs MINUS our original shipping costs (or $5.95, whichever is greater).


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If any part of your order arrives damaged, you must contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 business days to inform us. If calling, you must leave a message with your name and your order number. We will work with you to get the product(s) replaced and to have you return the damaged items. You will receive a Return Authorization Number to include on your package (if applicable.)
